Carryduff FDTA Festival 2017 Results. Senior Rachel Brown was 1st in the treble jig, 2nd in the reel and slip jig and 3rd in the treble reel and championship. Rachel also won adj choice throughout the festival. Lauren Young was Vhc in the reel, 2nd in the single jig and treble reel, 4th in the hornpipe and 5th in the championship. 15/16yrs Aoife Newberry was 2nd in the reel, slip jig and hornpipe and was 5th in the championship. Emily Brown was 3rd in the single jig, treble jig and treble reel and was 7th in the championship. 14/15yrs yrs Laoise Murphy won 1st in the hornpipe, 2nd in the treble reel, 3rd in the reel and slip jig and 4th in the championship. 12/13yrs Ellis Harte was 4th in the reel, slip jig, treble reel and 6th in the championship. Lucy Allen was Vhc in the reel and treble jig. Sophie Scott was Vhc in the treble jig. Ellis and Lucy were 4th in their couples. 11/12yrs Emma King was Vhc in the reel prelim, 2nd in the jig, 3rd in the treble jig and 3rd in the prelim set class. 10/11yrs Reanna O'Neill 1st in treble jig prelim, 3rd in set dance class and Hc in the reel. Larissa Fleck 3rd in treble jig open, 3rd in treble reel, hc in the reel and 3rd in championship. The girls were also 3rd in their couples. 9/10yrs Emma McCurry was 1st in the reel and treble jig inter and 3rd in the jig. Erin Duffy was 1st in the prelim set dance class, 2nd in the reel and treble jig and Vhc in the jig. Ella Campbell was hc in the reel upper, 3rd in the light double jig and 8th in the championship. Ella and Erin were 3rd in their couples. 8/9yrs Lois Ridley Anderson was Vhc in the reel upper, Hc in the jig, 3rd in the treble jig and 8th in the championship. Well done everyone on some great dancing with a special mention to Lois and Ella on qualifying for the Ulster Championships for the first time.
